Si hay algún sitio donde me encanta sumergirme es en la pastelería Arrese, un paraíso de dulces, repostería y pasteles en la ciudad de Bilbao.

 

Arrese ha evolucionado con la ciudad. Son más de 160 años de historia cumpliendo con los caprichos de los más golosos. La decoración del local no oculta su antigüedad: su mostrador de piedra, su lámpara de bombines, los espejos... siguen observando en silencio el paso de varias generaciones. Y es que en Bilbao, el paso por esta pastelería es imprescindible.

 

Su producto estrella son las trufas, de nata, chocolate, con esencia de coñac y con esencia de baileys, éstas últimas para mí, irresistibles!!

 

If there's some place where I love to dive is in the bakery Arrese, a paradise of sweets, confectionery and pastries in the city of Bilbao.

 

Arrese has evolved with the city. They are more than 160 years of history expiring with the caprices of the greediest. El amarillo está presente más que nunca. Nos gusta y queremos que forme parte de nuestras escenas cotidianas. Les da un toque rústico y natural haciendo posible que lleguemos a respirar los aires campestres que soplan lejos del ruido de la ciudad.

 

Nos da luz, nos da alegría... cada día me gusta más!

En alguna ocasión os he enseñado tiendas locales que tienen gran encanto, tal y como hice en este post (aquí). Esta vez quiero hablaros de Sia Home Fashion.

 

Sia no es un pequeño negocio de decoración, su influencia alcanza un nivel internacional. Pero a pesar de su grandeza, mima los pequeños detalles como si de un encargo personal se tratase. Juega con las flores con maestría y crea atmósferas únicas y llenas de glamour en torno a ellas.

 

Estos centros de flores me parecen, simplemente, fantásticos!

Una de las cosas que me enamoran en esta vida es una buena copa de vino en buena compañía. El del vino es un mundo que me apasiona y del que intento aprender cada vez más.

Como ocurre con la música, creo que hay un vino para cada ocasión. Su color, su origen, su tipo de cultivo o el tipo de uva nos permiten saborear sensaciones nuevas. La inmensa variedad que existe hace que nunca me canse de descubrir nuevos sabores.

En este post (aquí) intenté abriros una puerta al universo del vino tinto. Ahora le toca el turno al vino blanco. Bienvenidos de nuevo a este universo
